HITFIT is our boxing focused session that gets you fitter, stronger and burning fat through proper boxing technique and whole body strengthening exercises.
CONDITIONING makes you feel the burn through circuit training using total-body movements combined with core strengthening exercises to keep you dripping with sweat!
SELF-DEFENCE helps you further develop your boxing technique and take your skills to the next level. You will learn how to apply these skills in realistic situation if you ever needed to defend yourself. SELF-DEFENCE sessions will push you physically and challenge you mentally.
HITFIT KIDS ( AGE 4-15)
HITFIT KIDS educates children in a safe environment through the disciplinary art of boxing. Children will join sessions that are fun and rewarding while improving their fitness, confidence and self-defence.
Under 8, Under 12 & Under 16 programs are available.
